iLearn Group (UK) Ltd is a rapidly growing online education provider delivering accredited qualifications at Levels 3 to 5. We specialise in flexible, fully online learning for students worldwide, using a blend of interactive digital workbooks, video content, and expert tutor guidance.

As a 100% online institution, we make extensive use of advanced digital learning environments and cloud-based platforms. For this reason, we require candidates with exceptional IT skills, confidence using digital tools, and the ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and processes. This is essential for maintaining the high-quality learner experience we pride ourselves on.

We are currently looking to engage the services of a Health and Social Care Tutor to engage with the development of online learning content. For the right candidate, the role may also include ongoing support to learners, including marking, feedback, and academic guidance.

This is a part-time, remote, and flexible position—ideal for a professional looking to contribute to online education programmes alongside other commitments.

About the Role

The initial focus will be on:

  • Creating structured, high-quality written and visual learning materials for online delivery
  • Developing worked examples, problem sets, and digital activities that support self-paced learning
  • Ensuring content is academically sound, well-organised, and accessible to learners studying independently
  • Assessing student work and providing feedback
  • Providing remote student support.

Subject Matter You'll be Confident in 

You will be confident in providing student support (no lectures required, but marking and one to one remote tutorial support) in the following subject matter:

  • Health and Social Care at Levels 3, 4 and 5

What We're Looking For

  • A degree in Health & Social Care or similar
  • Assessor and/or Teaching Qualifications
  • Experience teaching / tutoring in an academic setting
  • Excellent IT literacy is essential—you must be confident with digital document creation, collaborative cloud tools (e.g. Google Workspace or Office 365), and using online learning platforms
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Independent working style and ability to meet deadlines remotely

Desirable Attributes

  • Experience designing or delivering online or distance learning
  • Industry experience in health & social care
  • Familiarity with qualification frameworks at levels 3–5
