Our Approved Tutors have passed enhanced DBS checks, provided strong professional references, hold full QTS (Qualified Teacher Status), and typically have 10+ years of classroom experience. They’ve encountered every type of learner, know the curriculum inside out, and many are also experienced examiners. How It Works — Our Tutor-Matching Process
Initial Telephone Consultation
We start with a brief phone call with one of our Education Consultants to understand your exact requirements—subjects, level, goals and any special considerations such as SEN. This is also your opportunity to ask for help or guidance about any aspect of your child’s education—whether they’re struggling at school, need more challenge, or you simply want advice on the best next steps. This conversation helps us tailor our search before we recommend an Approved Tutor who is the right fit.We Find the Right Online Tutor
Based on what you tell us, we carefully select one of our Approved Tutors whose expertise and teaching style match your child’s needs. We’ll introduce you to the tutor and confirm availability.Baseline Assessment in the First Lesson
During the first tutoring session, the tutor carries out a gentle baseline assessment to gauge your child’s current level and identify strengths and areas that need development.Personalised Learning Plan
Using insights from that assessment, the tutor creates a customised learning plan designed to help your child achieve their goals efficiently and with confidence.Ongoing Lessons & Feedback
Lessons continue online in our interactive virtual classroom. After each session you’ll receive written feedback and the plan is refined as your child progresses.

We were recommended a tutor for our needs very quickly and were able to start immediately. My daughter is getting tutoring for her 11+ exam and according to her, the tutor is amazing. There is a long way until the exam but she managed to bust my daughter’s confidence in Maths. Thank you!
